Shipping Policy

Your order will be sent with Royal Mail 1st class as soon as it's ready to despatch. If you have purchased something 'off the shelf' your order will be despatched the following day. If you have purchased a made to order item your order will be ready for despatch in 10-14 days and we will keep you updated throughout the process.

1st class deliveries can take up to 3 days depending on where you are in the UK.

We also deliver to the Republic of Ireland with Royal Mail standard delivery which can take between 7-10 working days but may arrive more quickly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want to you to be over the moon with your purchase. If something is not quite right, please contact us on hello@thefuchsiafox.co.uk within 14 days (from the date of despatch) and we'll do all we can to repair, exchange or refund.
